The Cayman Islands are a group of small desert islands, in the western Caribbean, with Grand Cayman at their center. All the Caymans are famous for diving, and Grand Cayman also offers its Seven Mile Beach, with many attractive resorts of all types on or near it.
Grand Cayman is especially appealing to families, offering day activities as diverse as a turtle farm, swimming with stingrays, walking nature trails, and golf. Nightlife focuses on restaurants with local entertainment, but after a full day in the sun or water, who needs big bands and show girls?
Grand Cayman is also a popular cruise port of call, on many Western Caribbean itineraries.
Grand Cayman's resorts include a Westin, a Hyatt, and a Marriott, as well as other hotels and condominiums.
Not To Be Missed - Stingray City, where you can interact with friendly giant rays, in a controlled encounter.
